2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom 4 story single standing home with a driveway, yard and pool. The larger room is 12x14 with a good size closet and street view and a view of tops of houses and trees. The smaller room is 11x11 with a good size closet, one window looking to the back yard but a limited view. Both are on the 2nd floor where the main large unique bathroom is. I have a large 3rd floor room I stay in a few times a year, I don't reside in Philadephia full time but I come back to enjoy the home and take care of the property. I have a friend/roommate currently in the 3rd floor room. He works odd hours, is quiet, single, no pets and rarely has friends over. The house is very unique and about 200 years old. I do plan to sell and have had it on the market for the right buyer but in no rush. I am open to a 6-8 month lease and/or month to month. I may list it again after the summer and would notify you well in advance and it would take 60 days to close so even if it does sell and you are still there, plenty of time. All utilities included including washer, dryer, WiFi etc. 3 Blink doorbell/cameras on the outside, one monitoring the driveway but in nearly 20 years of ownership have never had a break in. I know the neighbors who are great. There is a smart lock on the door. The driveway parks 4 cars comfortably and can fit up to 10 in a crunch!
