This house would be a great fit for grad students, working professionals, hybrid or remote work, or creative types. You will be sharing the house with one person who lives here full time, her cat, and then there are two other people who use the house as their office/studio. One of the other two people uses the third floor office for their remote job (M-F, 9-5). The fourth person uses the first floor front studio space. Basically you'll be sharing a house with one female housemate but two other people come and go for our office/studio purposes.
