About me
I'm a screenwriter and artist; I've led writing workshops since 2015 for silent and marginalized voices and writers and artists alike. My core belief is simple: Everyone is born with creative genius and deserves a safe environment to experiment, learn, and develop craft. I have a BFA in Writing, Literature and Publishing, and Health Communication from Emerson College and a Leadership Certificate from Amherst Writers and Artists. I offer public, private, team, and individual writing experiences.

My Philosophy of Care
Claiming: a "wholistic" approach to health with expressive writing as the center component. I offer meditations, positive affirmations, creative techniques, and guided writing prompt sessions to encourage intentional expression, breathwork, mindfulness, productivity, work/play balance, and connection. "Putting words onto paper— when it is done as an honest act of search or connection, rather than as an act of manipulation, performance, self-aggrandizement or self-protection— is a holy act."

What You Can Expect On Your First "Visit"
We'll reinforce the principles and practices used in each session and identify short and long-term goals/choices regarding life direction and options. We'll identify how the light gets in, and cultivate imagination for furthering our understanding of ourselves, others, and the world. My Inspiration
I began my journey as a leader after attending a workshop series led by AWA Facilitator Jen Cross, author of Writing Ourselves Whole, in San Francisco. I studied writing since youth; with this method, I fell into it with vivacious curiosity and truth. I’m an experienced group and individual facilitator, certified in the Amherst Writers & Artists method, described in Pat Schneider’s book Writing Alone and With Others, Oxford University Press (2003).
