Job Requirements Manage nutritional screenings, assessments, care planning, and discharge using clinical documentation guidelinesPerform nutrition intervention as often as necessary dependent on resident's statusWork in conjunction with Dining Services Director, Program Directors, and AdministratorOversee clinical parameters of the Dining Services department for conformity to diet orders, nutrition, supplementation, menus and department standardsExperience in a customer service setting with a focus on creating an extraordinary experience for your customers A high level of integrity A track record as a leader among your peers A passion for senior care Open and driven communication skills Willingness to contribute to our culture Excellent time management skills What you can expect from us:
