Eggplant Software, now a Keysight Company is seeking a Lead Development Rep for our Eggplant Software Suite (AI powered software test automation and analytics)


Entry level position 1
yrs experience - must be based in or around greater Philadelphia

This exciting role sees a Lead Development Representative (LDR) based out of our Philadelphia office, work closely with the Marketing leadership team and the global Sales Development manager; to set and execute integrated marketing outreach campaigns to reach our target audience and generate sales opportunities in target accounts and strategic geographies.The LDR will work with Global Marketing, Operations and Sales teams within Keysight delivering all aspects of demand and lead generation campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business sales opportunities
  • Prospect and drive new business opportunities in assigned account territory
  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via the telephone, LinkedIn, email and snail mail.
  • Constantly hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity metrics
  • Present value-based ROI using business metrics and compelling business justification
  • Keep detailed records of activities and ensure data cleanliness in Salesforce
  • High levels of professionalism and business and technical acumen

Education & Training

  • Experience building a pipeline and qualifying and identifying leads
  • Results driven and able to achieve/exceed annual sales quotas
  • Some experience working on the phone (preferably sales)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis in being able to messages to various different stakeholders.
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to easily understand new products and technology.
  • Knowledge of leveraging Linkedin in a sales capacity
  • CRM experience a plus.

Work Experience

  • 1
    years experience working within outbound and inbound demand generation teams
  • Software telemarketing experience would be a preference
  • Experience of working with campaigns, email platforms and CMS platforms

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent English and writing skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills
