In this position you will:
Conducts investigations/reviews and coordinates compliance review teams. Prepares or coordinates case documentation to fully support findings in all assigned cases to include specific details in the case. Monitors implementation and completion of corrective action plans Investigates or coordinates investigations involving various types of evidence, including witness interviews, business records, and other documents. Prepares analysis supported by substantial facts and other related data. Note:

Have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, that includes investigating potential violations of federal conscience and religious freedom laws, federal prohibitions on discrimination on the bases of race, color, national origin, disability, and sex, and/or federal regulations ensuring health information privacy and security; drafting resolution agreements and/or corrective action plans to ensure compliance with federal conscience and religious freedom, civil rights, and/or health information privacy and security laws and regulations; planning and/or conducting compliance reviews; providing technical assistance and training to internal and external stakeholders; and performing outreach to the general public. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through national Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
