Jr Help Desk Analyst
Help Desk Analyst Philadelphia, Pa Long Term Contract $16 As a Help Desk Analyst with our enterprise Health System, you will be responsible for support and troubleshooting level 1 - 3 technical questions.
This support will be delivered 100% over the phone through ServiceNow ticketing system and averaging around 50 calls per day.
Our client is looking for a dedicated individual who prides themselves on customer support.
Minimum
Qualifications:
6 months of technical work experience Ability to field upwards of 50 calls per day independently Experience working with a ticketing system, ideally ServiceNow Ability to troubleshoot desktop, password reset Ideally A
certification
Responsibilities:
Answering and closing 50
tickets per day, ranging through levels 1-3 Interacting with questions around the EMR, Epic Supporting all desktop and application technical questions and needs What's In It For You?
