Must be skilled at handling a variety of commercial loan transactions, financing includes HUD terms, acquisitions, capable of title/survey and lease review. You will be strong in project management, have the ability to take transactions to closing & manage entity formations relating to operating in multiple jurisdictions and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
