This long-established and successful Philadelphia company is looking for an experienced (5-15 years) regulatory affairs/regulatory litigation attorney to serve as an assistant general counsel. The right candidate will have worked on state and federal regulatory litigation matters with a comparable company or large law firm with a significant practice in this area. This is NOT a compliance position. Candidates must have worked in a supervisory capacity for at least three years and have demonstrated excellent abilities to work with others as well as be a productive attorney handling cases. The best practice areas for a fit with the company probably are insurance, real estate and/or mortgage work or having handled investment portfolio compliance in the field.
