Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of arbitration experience
Philadelphia office seeks litigation attorney with 5-7 years of experience in its commercial and complex litigation practice.
The candidate will serve in business divorce, shareholder disputes, earn-out litigation and all manner of labor and employment matters.
Should have experience of drafting complex motions, setting case strategy, leading depositions and arbitration and preferably, second chair at trial.
PA license is required and NJ license is preferred, NY license or DE license is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
