The client is currently seeking a Practice Technology Senior Analyst who will reside in the Philadelphia office. Guided by the eDiscovery Practice Technology department's objectives and priorities, the Practice Technology Senior Analyst acts as the senior technical resource on all eDiscovery and litigation support matters. As a technical lead for specific complex projects, the position assumes a project management role for routine case work and for assigned eDiscovery operation initiatives. The position is responsible for the automation, implementation, support and administration of litigation support and e-discovery applications and systems as directed by the regional and firm wide managers. They are required to work closely with Project Managers, eDiscovery technical coordinators, and service providers to achieve quality results for the legal case teams and ensure client service and satisfaction is attained in all areas of position.
Key success factors to this position are the ability to consistently provide a high degree of client service and having technical operational knowledge of internal and external eDiscovery litigation support platforms and processes.
This includes creating and administering databases using eDiscovery applications for the individual case matters; performing automated batch imports, exports of transcripts, documents and other data between litigation systems and for specific use of the case team; and performing technical production of data either in electronic format or as hardcopy, including generating the actual production in the required production format.
This position will also be required to manage the secure and stable transfer of client data and create master versions of CD/DVD-ROMs and external drives for required deliverables; and ensure the quality control of deliverables to determine if they are sound and can be utilized for the purposes that they were intended.
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
The ability to work overtime is required.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or have at least four years of relevant experience.
Candidates must have the ability to effectively manage technical and quality issues with eDiscovery and Litigation Support providers; excellent team work skills and strong client-service orientation; and the ability to work concurrently on projects and flexibility in shifting focus.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be technically skilled; become proficient in all eDiscovery litigation support platforms including Concordance, LiveNote, IPRO, Casemap, Relativity, Equivo, Axcelerate, and Law in order perform their required duties; have a comprehensive understanding of how databases work; demonstrate skill in manipulating database loadfiles; understand information technology and network infrastructure; and have an administrative working knowledge of Access and SQL querying. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
