The Wilson Concept, is a Philadelphia based agency that is geared towards digital business to business services. We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and profitability as a leader in our national and local sales plan. Utilize your expertise to expand our strong market presence in the Philadelphia area as we go national, and expand our leads to include tech companies, retail brands, Fortune companies, and other advertising agencies. Your experience selling in the advertising vertical is your key to success in this role. This is your opportunity to make your mark, and take The Wilson Concept to a new level of success.
Responsibilities:
Meet and/or exceed annual departmental sales revenue goals.
Develop and implement sales strategy, and training methods/materials necessary to ensure success of national Inside Sales team. Responsible for ongoing monitoring and training of team.
Develop scripts, presentations, and modifying such to improve closing ratio. Put scripts into practice, so they can be taught to team.
Work in collaboration with Human Resources to recruit, train, develop and mentor staff.
Assist and train Sales staff, closing pending sales as needed.
Qualifications for this Position:
5-7 years
experience working within an agency environment
Proven sales experience within the creative and digital advertising vertical.
Proven success in mentoring, training, motivating and effectively leading a team to great success.
The base salary is between 50-75k
comission.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
