IT Specialist

This is our direct-client is looking for an IT Specialist located in Philadelphia, PA. The client is looking to fill one IT specialist position and they are open to Direct hire or contract to hire. The salary offered is $45-50K for direct hire and for contract to hire the hourly rate is $15-20 per hour.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in all of the following:
- Active directory, print and file services administration
- PCs and hardware support Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office
- MS Exchange POP/SMTP
- Microsoft RDP
- TCP/IP networking, Fax servers and scanning facility
- VM-Ware
- Basic office skills and abilities, solid team-player, interaction with colleagues, team members and other department staff as well as management and executives in a professional office setting.
- Ability and willingness to learn new and/or proprietary applications and programming environments as required.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Additional skills and abilities preferred, but not required:
- CISCO routers, switches and firewall administration
- CISCO Call Manager and Unity Connection administration
- DB SQL.
- SAP
