They prefer local Philadelphia candidates and will conduct phone and then in person interviews.
The Web Developer will work with other programmers and analysts on the design, architecture, development and maintenance of this product. The candidate must have strong UI web development skills and have a deep understanding of current front end development trends and best practices for desktop and mobile web applications. The candidate must be an open, communicative person, engaging with peers, clients and executives as part of the creative team.
Looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience.
Manager is looking for
1) DOJO experience (is a MUST)--at least a year
2) Experience working in an Agile environment
3) Open source methodology experience.

The Web Developer will work with other programmers and analysts on the design, architecture, development and maintenance of this product. As a Web Developer you will
Develop, and implement web applications utilizing coding and security best practices for company web properties
Handle quality assurance testing and bug/fix resolution - Create project documentation - Maintain and support existing systems
Participate in code and security reviews Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Qualifications
Experience using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JSON and browser Document Object Model (DOM)
Experience building front-end application that consume RESTful web service endpoints
Experience developing with open source frameworks, specifically DOJO
Experience in open source projects a plus
Experience using GitHub, JIRA, Cucumber a plus
Scrum experience is a plus
Communicating with a REST services
Experience in User Experience design and graphic user interface modeling
Knowledge of web development security best practices desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
Self-motivated and self-directed - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks according to their importance to ensure completion of company requirements with timeliness
