Representative
position
as we shift from our former shared services environment to a stand-alone organization.
This position is responsible for day to day order management and customer service support of the Distributor, Peroxgens and Environmental Solutions businesses both domestically and internationally. This role acts as liaison with customer from order placement to invoice issue - initial point of contact for customer orders, questions and complaints. Works as part of a broader internal team to secure product supply, to facilitate transport and may process international shipping transactions and related export processes.
Responsibilities:
Activities:
Respond to customer requests for product or information
Input customer orders into SAP and confirm availability as well as delivery schedule
Assist customers with delivery related issues
Solve routine problems or communicate appropriately when issues arise which require assistance from others
Generate documents (COA, BOL, Invoice, etc.) as requested by customers
Process exported shipments and related documentation as required
Assist with maintenance of accurate master data (customer, pricing, autofax, etc.)
Assist with invoice reviews for accuracy; assist with payment dispute issues
Back up other ASRs as needed
Capture customer complaints/incidents and participate through resolution of issue
Enter goods issues and inventory adjustments as requested
Respond to inquiries that come through the general 800 customer service number
Handle sample order fulfillment process for Peroxygens
Prepare and respond to routine correspondence; special projects as assigned
Work overtime when required
Required Education:
High school diploma
Relevant college courses or degrees highly desirable
Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing export experience are required coupled with B2B customer service experience, billing/accounting or similar experience required; SAP experience desirable
Exporting experience is required.
Dangerous goods experience and certification are preferred.
Freight forwarding experience desired.
Chemical industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication/phone skills are required.
Ability to work in a team environment across multiple organizational departments.
Detail oriented; demonstrated organizational skills; able to multi-task and prioritize
Team player with a strong work ethic

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
