Summary:
- Design, develop, implement, and administer the compensation and benefits programs/processes/plans for the company's international employees
- Advisor to company leadership on all aspects of global compensation and benefits

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-8 years of progressive international compensation and benefits experience within a consulting or corporate environment
- Experience with salary structure design, short and long-term incentive plans, benefit plan design, job evaluation, etc.
- Experience managing/working with 3rd party vendors
- Bachelor's degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
