We are seeking a proactive and versatile Personal Assistant to support and facilitate the day-to-day operations of our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, assisting with administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing support.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the Influencer Manager's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation.
Execute typical personal assistant duties including but not limited to managing correspondence, running errands, and coordinating household tasks.
Capture photos and videos during events, shoots, or day-to-day activities, adhering to brand guidelines and aesthetic preferences.
Edit photos and videos using software tools as necessary, ensuring a consistent and polished visual representation.
Coordinate grocery shopping and other personal errands as required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist in various tasks.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all aspects of the role.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A knack for photography and videography, with editing skills being a plus.
