The PositionThe Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team of GRM is seeking a senior.
specialist and ERM Project Manager to support key strategic initiatives.
The position will report to the Director of Enterprise Risk Management.

specialist will be responsible for supporting GRM's strategic initiatives from a project management perspective, including scheduling, monitoring progress, and reporting.
As the senior.
specialist and ERM Project manager, your responsibilities will include:
o Facilitate the management and governance of project meetings and working groups, as appropriate.
o Create and manage the development of project artifacts such as plans, scorecards, risk management, and issue tracking.
o Identify key project risks and manage their resolution or escalate accordingly.
o Review, analyze and consolidate findings across projects, and propose adjustments as needed.
o Update/upgrade deliverables based on feedback from key stakeholders or leadership.
o Working with the Program Manager, ensure that deliveries from workstreams meet requirements and are of appropriate quality and on time.
o Keep abreast of emerging processes and technologies that may further inform strategic initiatives.
o Prepare Reports.
Skills, Requirements, and Competencieso BA/BS in related field.
o 5
years of experience with a mix of risk, technology, audit, and/or consulting roles.
o Project management experience.
Experience with M&A and integration projects preferred.
o Experience in financial services industry (capital markets or financial technology) is preferred.
o High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
o Proactive with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
o Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
o Knowledge and experience portraying analytical information in visual ways; synthesizing and analyzing large amounts of data and information to identify risks, patterns, and trends; and considering interdependencies and impact of actions.
o Inquisitive nature, resourcefulness, and ability to seek out information and think outside the box.
o Strong organizational skills; able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work.
o Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business leaders, legal, internal audit, and technology.

o Advanced Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
