Were currently seeking a dynamic CFO to join our company.
This is a full-time, hybrid role.
Role the CFO, youll spearhead the planning, implementation, management, and control of all financial activities within our company.
This pivotal role entails direct oversight of accounting and finance.
Collaborating closely with the COO and CEO, youll lead strategic planning efforts, while also providing direct supervision to the accounting & finance department.
Your responsibilities will comprehensive control over the companys accounting and treasury functions.
Offering financial planning and ongoing support to the executive team.
Providing leadership in the development and evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Analyzing budgets, financial trends, provider as well as conducting periodic forecasts.
Managing financial forecasting, budget processes, consolidation, and reporting.
Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.
Optimize capital structure and manage debt.
Make informed decisions regarding capital allocation.
Desired Skills & years of experience in a high-performing, sophisticated finance organization.

years of experience in a CFO role.
5
years of experience within the healthcare industry.
Board experience.
Demonstrated experience with capital raising, including bank and commercial debt, and public equity.
CPA certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
