We work in a distributed remote capacity, but do have an office space in Philadelphia, so would love any local candidates interested in coming in from time-to-time.Who are you?
A self-disciplined, hardworking, and passionate individual that values both hard work, as well as how to have fun as have fun, collaborate, and innovate on how to constantly make the way you do things even better! As a smaller technology team (currently comprised of 3 Software Developers, 1 SDET, and 1 DevOps Engineer), you will come into this project and immediately make a major impact. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-10 years of professional experience working within software engineering, data engineering, or closely related role. Python is our holy grail so specific industry experience coding with Python is a plus. However, if Python hasn't been your go-to and you feel you meet the qualifications and are excited about the mission- we encourage you to still apply!
Required Skills & Experience 4
years of experience coding in Python Web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FAST API Microservices RESTful API development Strong SQL skills Cloud experience (AWS or Azure preferred) Databricks, Spark, PySpark, etc. Experience with integration services Desired Skills & Experience Containerization or other cloud devops experience Exposure to various relational databases
