Responsibilities:
Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended Handle customer inquiries and complaints while following escalation processes where necessary Document and update record/reports based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the work place and its environs Prepare and submit shift reports to include occurrences and incidents
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with residents and guest Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc Willingness to work irregular shifts, weekends and holidays will be an added advantage This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
