Food & Beverage Supervisor
Summary:
Supervises Market Place activities and Team Members to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout all food and beverage outlets in the casino, ensuring staff meets service and liquor control standards.

Responds to guest and Team Members' needs and resolves complaints and issues.
Inspects food and beverage outlets and observes workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards.
Ensures compliance with liquor control regulations.
Controls labor and operating expenses.
Schedules and directs staff in the performance of work assignments.
Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards.
Maintains high visibility in the outlets.
Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Hires, trains and manages Team Members in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years related experience.
Knowledge of POS systems and state liquor law.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to see, hear, talk, stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Regularly required to stoop or kneel and stand for long periods of time.
Regularly required to move with a sense of urgency, including pivoting and shuffling.
Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a work environment that is frequently faced paced and noisy.
