Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with all members of the Philadelphia Corporate RVM team in daily functions pertaining to the acquisition and management of properties as we continue to actively grow our portfolioThis role will be constantly evolving and will not be limited to the responsibilities outlined below.Job
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with team members to complete, submit, and manage all paperwork required of us by the City of PhiladelphiaResponsible for all rental depositsAvailable to assist with translation for our Spanish speaking tenantsLog and maintain all city inspection and violation paperworkCoordinate inspections appointments directly with the Inspections team and the tenantsAssist with tenant leasing processOversee and ensure compliance for a rental registrationsMaintain office filing
Qualifications:
Must speak SpanishAttention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed in an exemplary mannerExcellent written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesAbility to communicate in a professional mannerProblem solving and organizational skills are a mustEducation and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent education required3 years of administrative assistant experienceKnowledge of appropriate software including:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Recommended Skills Administration Adobe Acrobat Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Filing Apply to this job. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
