Job Description:
RVM is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to assist with overseeing our various construction teamsThe best candidate for this position will be someone who is multi-task oriented, deadline driven, and able to effectively manage multiple teams at one timeThis candidate should have at least 5 years of construction project management experience.Job duties/skills needed:
? Must be able to plan the scope of the project and develop a construction schedule? Has the ability to assign tasks to various contractors and subcontractors? Able to predict resources needed to complete projects and ability to manage supplies accordingly? Must obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites? Will draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements? Must feel comfortable going into resident homes and developing a rapport with our tenants.? Problem solving and organizational skills are a must.? Candidate needs to have transportation to and from job sites ? Must have a valid Driver's License? Minimum 5 years experience required? Spanish speaking preferred but not required Must initially have transportation to and from job sites - a company vehicle will be provided upon completion of 90 day probationary period.
