Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Service Representative.
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage and follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our services and ensure a seamless follow-up process, and book appointments.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales and communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a keen ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:
Initiate timely and effective communication with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services.
Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and other communication methods to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with leads by addressing their queries, providing information, and offering assistance as needed.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Problem Resolution:
Address customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner, working collaboratively with internal teams as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is a plus.
