EBS -Cloning -Patching -Upgrade -Oracle apps architecture -Concurrent Manager -Performance Tuning -Single Sign On Responsible in SLA tracking in Service Calls, Incidents and Change Tasks.
Experience in providing RCA's for missed SLA tickets and P0 or P1 tickets.
Ability to work independently and handle a team, work with business to gather requirements, prepare technical specification documents.
Ability to create/review/audit technical specifications.
Adhere to internal processes and tools to deliver projects, programs.
Participate in regular meetings and provide status updates.
Ability to work with distributed teams Must be self-motivated with strong team orientation and the ability to learn quickly.
Must be organized and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Should be certified in OCP and OCI Professional.
Should have excellent debugging skills Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills Should have experience engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues Nice To have:
little knowledge of MongoDb and MS-SQL Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science Minimum of 3 project full life cycles & / or Application Support Recommended Skills Accounting Architecture Auditing Business Administration Cloning (Biology) Communication Apply to this job.
