Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding and documentation - Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies - Experience with EDI onboarding and invoicing - 2 years experience Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in using accounting software and systems (Sage, CommerceHub, TrueCommerce) - Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices - Ability to understand and apply debits and credits concepts - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Note:
