MANAGER with Security Clearance

Dutieso You will perform technical management of the Weapons Handling and Stowage Systems, CVN and Combatants cycle engineering and in-service engineering projects and programs.
o You will analyze and determine the technical scope of projects; developing and modifying execution plans; and ensuring quality, accuracy and adequacy of products and services.
o You will perform organizational and administrative management of the branch, including tactical and strategic planning, developing resources and capabilities, formulation of budgets, management of funding, and negotiating with sponsors.
o You will evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of the branch mission and provide long range planning in connection with projected changes in programs and other external factors.
o You will develop and maintain assurance on product/process integrity by specifying the requirements and monitoring activity involved.
o You will establish and maintain effective contact with internal and external customers/sponsors at all management and technical levels.
o You will exercise supervisory control and responsibility for the overall operations and personnel of the branch.
o You will monitor and evaluate performance, establish priorities, goals and objectives, adjust workload, and advise and counsel subordinates.
