Paul's Run Retirement Community in Northeast Philadelphia has a reputation as one of the BEST senior health care providers.
We take pride in our dedicated team members who support and care for our residents.
We are family! Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Permit visitors or other authorized persons coming into the Main Lobby area to enter property after signing in.
Monitor closed circuit T.
V.
systems located in the Security Office in Main Lobby to detect unauthorized person(s) in hallways and other restricted areas.
Able to operate computer, phone, and provide security at the front desk.
Patrol interior and exterior of all buildings including parking lots.
Make scheduled tours with watch clock and record at each watch clock station performing two per shift.
Tour employee parking lot and loading dock twice per shift.
Confront unauthorized person(s) for questioning; route or detail them or call police for assistance when needed.
Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or smoking in restricted areas.
Check cars for parking authorized by observing sticker issued, and determine if vehicles are parked in restricted areas such as driveways and fire lanes.
Warn violators of exceeding 5 mph.
Respond to emergency calls from residents.
Respond to fire alarms, report conditions, and stabilize the situation.
Respond to alarms of all fire tower, glass, and lobby doors within three minutes.
Unlock doors in emergency cases using pass key to admit guard or any medical personnel, and assist in lifting residents to required location.
Admit residents to their residence when key is forgotten or misplaced.
