) Statistical analysis skills and experience with analytics techniques like regression, clustering, etc.
Critical thinking abilities to analyze information, define problems, identify key insights and their business implication.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience teaching and mentoring more junior analysts.
