- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Accurately enter customer data into the company's database system - Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, to create and maintain spreadsheets - Collect and compile data from various sources for reporting purposes - Create pivot tables and perform basic math calculations as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role preferred - Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with databases and data entry processes - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Note:
