Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and policies.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
