Crime Gun Intelligence (CGI) Specialist Level 1 - (ATF Philadelp with Security Clearance

o Conduct entries and perform image and correlation reviews on NIBIN equipment after receiving training from the ATF or another authorized trainero Enter traces into e-Traceo Enter data into spreadsheetso Enter data and updating charts and reportso Enter evidence into Integrated Ballistic Information Systems (IBIS)o Perform image and correlation reviewso Produce basic analytical productso Summarize information in writingo Establish rapport with others to accomplish objectiveso Utilize NESS for daily entry of local RMS event info associated with ballistic evidence entered into NIBIN and results, and reporting success storiesPosition Requirements:
o US Citizen with a valid US Driver's Licenseo BS Degree from accredited college or university preferredCombination of formal education, work experience and on the job training will be consideredo General experience with local, State, or Federal law enforcement is preferred but not requiredo Must be able to successfully complete the ATF clearance processo Must be willing to provide a DNA sample as part of employment screeningo Ability to work with and coordinate the efforts of local, State and Federal law enforcemento Ability to analyze, summarize, report and share informationo Working knowledge of Windows based computer applications and softwareo Must successfully pass the competency testing for acquisitions and correlations review after being trained to perform image and correlation reviews on NIBIN equipmento Occasional travel may be requiredPosition located at ATF Philadelphia Apply at:
