Temp Commercial Contracts Attorney
Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking experienced attorney candidates for an upcoming 3-6 month temp assignment with a Philadelphia-based energy company.
In this role, the attorney candidate will assist corporate counsel with developing and managing various aspects of the company's commercial contracts process, including developing workflows for contract creation and working extensively with contracts management systems and templates to implement protocols and processes related to the full contracts lifecycle.
Qualified candidates will have a JD and must be actively licensed to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
Furthermore, candidates must have substantial prior experience working in commercial law (including strong commercial contracts experience) and at least 5
years of project management experience.
