Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and requirements for effective implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
Provide expert consultation on best practices and industry standards related to CSM processes and workflows.
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM modules to align with client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSM solutions seamlessly with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow CSM capabilities.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Document and communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
4
years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
Bonus if holding the CIS-CSM certification.
Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow CSM modules and their practical applications.
Proven experience in designing, configuring, and customizing CSM solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into efficient ServiceNow configurations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
