As a Supply Chain Associate, you'll be the magic trick in our Supply Chain team, seamlessly handling purchasing, demand planning, supplier management, and more.
Your role will be paper-centric, but your sense of humor will be just as essential.
Responsibilities:
Manage billing orders, storage, handling fees, and miscellaneous items at a corporate level, because paperwork can be a bit like magic sometimes.
Match and approve invoices against purchase orders.
If you can spot a mismatch faster than a magician pulls a rabbit out of a hat, you're our kind of teammate! Process order acknowledgments for paper and paperboard - turning paperwork into a work of art.
Assist in data collection for audits, because every good magic show needs a thorough inspection.
Handle complaint processing from customers back to suppliers.
Dealing with complaints? Just another day at the office magic show.
Crosstrain to cover team absences, because even magicians need an assistant.
Qualifications:
High School diploma Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals.
Because sometimes, the numbers just don't add up, and we need a math wizard.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compatible computer programs.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Balancing acts that even a circus performer would envy.
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
Able to bend slightly to file paperwork.
