Managing Director - Retained Search Division
Retained Search Practice Leader -Our client is looking to add a Search Practice Leader for a new retained division.
This person will help build out this new division and grow a team under them.
The ideal candidate will come from a perm full desk retained candidate or someone currently in a managing partner role - who has worked their way from being a sourcer to recruiter to sales.
Background from a smaller to mid-sized retained firm.
Must have a track record of success leading a retained practice/a small to mid-sized team.
Must be in the Manufacturing/Supply Chain or Life Sciences niche.
Prefer Chicago, OH, East Coast.
NO West Coast candidates will be considered.
Compensation with be a draw/DOE plus uncapped strong commission, as well as some equity potential.
No job hoppers.
Must have search execution experience, not just recruiting.
