Lead a team of developers to deliver technical solutions on the Service Now Corporate platformDevelop, maintain and execute project plans, timelines, and roadmapsCollaborate with cross functional teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Service Now platformEnsure that code is developed and maintained according to best practices Write clear and concise technical documentationOversee the development, testing, deployment and support of Service Now modules, applications and workflowsDevelop and deliver training to users on Service Now functionalityEnsure that Service Now solutions are properly documented and supportedAssist in the development/mentorship of other team developers.
Stay up to date with the latest developments, features and best practices in Service Now, to continually enhance the platform's capabilities.
Should have a proven track record of successful platform customizations and implementations.
Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and development best practicesExperience with Service Now modules such as Incident Management, Asset Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Virtual Agents and Performance AnalyticsExperience with configuring Service Now integrations with other applications like Workday, Jira and MS Teams (including APIs).

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
