Job Type Full-time Description Support time keeping data entry, reports management, leave and OT request forms, error resolution and monitoring.
Track utilization of Government labor NWAs (Network Activity Numbers) and Cost Reimbursable funding.
Transfer government employee created timesheets into the Navy Employee Resource Planning (ERP) tool allowing for accurate and timely records.
Ensure the time records are entered into ERP in accordance with timekeeping policies and within the weekly due dates provided by the Government.
Provide data entry, review, and routing oversight for Government personnel travel systems:
DTS (Defense Travel System).
Track financial expenditures, develop, and manage database of financial documents.
Provide metrics support, including dashboard, and cockpit charts, as well as other specialized financial reports, in order to track expenditures, reconcile to corporate database (CDB), and remedy cost overruns and labor rejects.
Prepare customized financial reports for site managers utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and/or data obtained from ERP, and shall perform cost, and variance analysis to track productive and overhead spending, as well as forecast future trends Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field 3 years of experience US Citizenship Interim Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Fleet organizations Recommended Skills Accounting Data Entry Databases Defense Travel Systems Finance Forecasting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
