Cyber Security Communications Director
Our client, within pharmaceuticals is seeking a Communications Director, Cyber Security to join their team.
The Communications Director, Cyber Security will report to the Head of Internal Communications, Digital & Tech CGA with a dotted line to the Chief of Staff, Cyber Security Office.

12 months NO C2C, W2 only, Must be USC of GC What's the Job As a Cyber Security Communications Director, your role will be crucial in ensuring the effective communication of our cyber security initiatives.
You will play a pivotal role in protecting our systems, data, and infrastructure from cyber threats, by educating and empowering our employees to be vigilant in maintaining a secure digital environment.
You will also be responsible for communications to and within the Cyber Security Team, assisting with executive communications for our Chief Information Security Officer.
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that raise awareness about cyber security risks and best practices across company.
Skillfully articulate complex technical concepts in a relatable manner, ensuring that our employees understand the importance of cyber security and their role in safeguarding our digital assets.
Responsible for monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of our cyber security communications, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
Develop and implement internal communications strategies that engage and inform employees across the enterprise with company's Cyber Maturity Plan.
Partner with the Global Digital and Tech Communications & Government Affairs team to track and report progress against key projects and KPIs.
What's Needed? BS in communications, technology or related field, 10-15 years in a PR/Comms agency or corporate communications function; Cyber Security or Technology communications experience essential.
Strong background in cyber security and a solid understanding of communication principles.
You should be a skilled writer and communicator, able to distil complex information into clear and concise messages.
o Experience working in a PR/Comms agency and/or in a corporate communications function.
o Experience in internal communications, project management, and social media.
o Cyber Security or Technology Communications experience essential.
o Change Communications experience a plus o Stay abreast of Cyber Security Communication trends and best practices in internal communications, social media, and project management.
