Board certified or board eligible with Pennsylvania license Recommended Skills Emergency Departments Basic Life Support Operating Theater Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Outpatient Surgeries Basic Cardiac Life Support Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
