Summary:
Under the supervision of the Office Manager performs a variety of customer associated activities related to the sales, rental, installation and repair of a variety of products offered by the company.
Maintains systems and files necessary to the efficient operation of the company.
Responsibilities:
Managing phones and taking customer calls.
Making outbound calls to potential customers upon receipt of web form leads.
Working with customers to determine needs and scheduling in-home consultations.
Process invoices and customer payments.
Run reports essential to business operations.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner.
Utilize the proprietary operating system to document all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Five years office customer service experience with emphasis on telephone contact.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
Manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Strong customer service focus.
Good listening skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be reliable and conscientious.
