Position Overview:
We are currently seeking detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associates to join our team.
The successful candidates will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, handling tasks related to sorting packages for client stores, assigning products to specific stores, receiving incoming products, breaking down pallets, and ensuring the overall quality of products meets our standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
Package Sorting:
Efficiently sort and organize packages for various client stores, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Product Allocation:
Assign products to designated client stores based on order requirements and inventory levels.
Receiving:
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and ensure accurate entry into the inventory system.
Pallet Breakdown:
Safely and systematically break down pallets of products to facilitate proper storage and distribution.
Quality Inspection:
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products on pallets, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts as needed.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment for yourself and team members.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other warehouse team members, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in package sorting and product allocation.
Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills; beginner experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
