o Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual.

o Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications Current active license as Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania.
Experience in the long-term care setting or the drive to work in a challenging environment.
CPR Certifications.
