Business Development Manager - USA

FRAMECAD is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.
This role could be based anywhere in USA, Preferably North East About Us FRAMECAD are a market leader in cold-formed steel (CFS) solutions supplying best in class hardware and software innovations to enable builders to deliver large scale and technically complex projects more cost effectively, efficiently, with significantly reduced waste (when compared to timber), all while improving the quality of their builds.
We are the preferred solution to many industry leading companies around the world and in the USA where our solutions can be found in residential, commercial, military and government sectors.
What you will be doing As Business Development Manager, you will be selling FRAMECADs software enabled capital building equipment (systems) that are being used globally in the construction industry - residential, commercial, and industrial.
You will lead the revenue growth of your specified region and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet short and long-term sales objectives.
We will provide you with a comprehensive training and induction plan to learn about our technology.
You will be part of a small but highly effective team who are passionate about the future of cold-formed steel and its potential to positively impact the construction industry, the environment and the lives of people who will experience its benefits.
What you will bring You will bring a proven track record of sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with a variety of clients.
We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys travelling (both domestic and international travel will be required) and has a drive to close deals.
You will have experience working with complex technical equipment, sold into factories or other large-scale applications.
You will understand how to partner with customers to implement transformative solutions that unlock the potential of their businesses.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business by developing relationships with qualified leads and via trade shows and other industry events Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients Prepare sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals Manage your portfolio and pipeline to ensure maximum conversions Skills and
Experience:

years of sales experience in capital equipment, software enabled hardware or manufacturing solutions Proven track record of sales success Ability to build relationships and close deals Excellent business acumen and the ability to partner with customers to help transform their businesses Construction industry experience is an advantage.
