Contract Need experience working with Epic as well as experience in a hospital setting working with the Revenue Cycle Denials.
Our client is seeking an Epic Analyst (Denials Process)who can perform in-depth analysis on denials including root cause analysis and business process improvement toward prevention of future denials.
Key Accountabilities:
Communicates effectively, both oral and written communications, with project staff, sponsor(s), and stakeholders.
Demonstrates in-depth analytical skills dealing with financial details.
The ideal candidate will be able to go into Epic Rev Cycle Denial transactions and determine the root cause for the denial.
Demonstrates ability to perform root cause analysis and measure the outcome of remediation efforts.
Demonstrates ability to be a trusted business partner to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Will do the data extraction and research about the denials.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong Epic Rev Cycle Denials experience required.
Hospital experience is required, Knowledge of inpatient processes highly preferred.
Strong data analysis skills required.
Recommended Skills Analytical Communication Data Analysis Finance Root Cause Analysis Stakeholder Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
