Student Support Coordinator MACTS - FT

Job Type Full-time Description We are looking for someone to join the Student Success team to provide support and administration for the student experience in our online MAC, MATS, and Certificate students.
You'll integrate your passions for people, process, and products to manage data and services that help support and guide our students for success.
The role requires skills in project management, administrative efficiency, customer service strategy and communications, and customer-focused digital services and tools, while maintaining compliance with academic requirements and accreditation and government regulations.
Duties and responsibilities 1.
Deliver high-quality student support.
Respond with prompt and thoughtful solutions to student requests, escalating relevant requests to the appropriate manager.
Provide 1-on-1 appointments to current students to discuss degree planning, financial aid, tuition payment, and other academic questions.
Introduce new students to their degree program and help prepare them for success through multiple orientation and on-boarding efforts.
Plan and participate in the CCEF conference and other academic events, such as graduation and orientation.
Assist in other relevant projects and processes as determined by manager.

Oversee maintenance of our Student Information and degree audit systems for MAC, MATS, and Certificate programs.
Manage student data and assist the team in record keeping.
Support online student registration and tuition payment for four terms per year.

Oversee the development and maintenance of student knowledge base as needed, reflecting program changes, catalog updates, and policy needs.

Collaborate with the Student Success team to improve student experience and support through the analysis of student data to recommend improvements to support, processes, and tools.
5.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, including the ability to evaluate and balance competing priorities and meet deadlines Customer-focused support mentality Proven success in data-driven analysis and decision making.
Demonstrated familiarity with higher education industry; familiarity with FERPA or HIPPA regulatory environments preferred Proficiency with Populi or other CRM or SIS system preferred Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree from WTS preferred Strong understanding of WTS mission and institution Proficiency with Mac OS preferred Attributes Strategic and creative Attentive to detail Bias towards serving others Strong in team collaboration and communication; elicits trust, confidence, and ambition in team members Flexible, willing to take on new projects that require immediate action Exhibits wisdom, care, and kindness in workplace Working conditions This is a full-time position (40 hours a week expected, non-exempt) and is work-from-home flexible.
This position reports to the Associate Director for Student Success and collaborates closely with the Student Success team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
