Must be a RN in the state of Philadelphia and must have a BSN!Duties and Responsibilities Checks eligibility requirements to determine research participant eligibility for assigned studies.
In conjunction with Clinical Research Associate, schedules and attends Study Initiation Visits, Monitor Visits, and coordinate meetings to ensure all appropriate disciplines in attendance.
Monitors dosage modifications and treatment calculations in conjunction with treating physician and Investigator.
Provide leadership in the management and operation of clinical research protocols to ensure research participant recruitment and accrual, protocol compliance, research participant safety and data quality.
Work closely with the clinical research team to develop effective tools, monitor and reporting of trials accrual, and coordinate the timely study activation and submission of protocol amendments.
Interact with the institutional investigators, other members of healthcare team, service line members and research participants/families in a manner, which supports the conduct of clinical trials Working Conditions/Details:
FULL TIME Hybrid Model Monday - Friday 4 Days On-site and 1 Day RemoteQualifications PA Approved License and Registered Nurse 2 Years experience as a Clinical Research Nurse (Preferred) 2 Years experience in nursing with a focus on oncology (Preferred) Desired Skills and ExperienceActive RN License in the State of PA Recommended Skills Calculations Certified Nurse Practitioner Clinical Research Clinical Trials Data Quality Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
