Job
Summary:
The Client Service Team Leader (CSTL) will lead and coordinate the efforts of a defined team of Client Executives, Client Managers and support and technical staff to serve, support and coordinate all activities, communications and relationships with an assigned group of clients.
The CSTL wil insure That the clients are receiving outstanding service and communications That the members of their team are being properly trained and developed, that work responsibilities and loads aer being fairly and efficiently disseminated and that an outstanding working environment is being created for the members of the team That the team is receiving proper compensation (from the client), is providing appropriate levels of service (for the client and company) and is allocating an appropriate amount of resources in order to achieve target levels of productivity and profitability That ongoing efforts are being made by the CSTL and team members to sell additional products and services (both within their division and in other divisions) to existing clients and to generate new clients.
The Client Service Team Leader will be actively engaged with the following:
Work with the Division Leader and the Market Leader to develop core key performance indicators and to develop for their team a strategic and operating plan that addresses productivity, quality of service, revenue and spread per employee, client retention, and profitability metrics.
Collaborate with the Market Leader and Division Leader to execute the market's and division's strategic and operating plans Where appropriate, work with Practice Leaders to elevate the firm's success with existing and prospective customers in each of the Practice Areas Work with the Market Leader, Sales Team Leader and the producers in their Market/Office to generate new business Work with the Division Leader and the Human Resources manager to coordinate and implement personal development plans for each of the members of their team Stay fully informed on the performance of their Team as respects client retention, growth, productivity, service quality, staff well-being and profitability metrics Perform annual performance reviews for each of the members of their team and coordinate such reviews with their Division Leader, Market Leader, any other Division or Market managers involved and the HR Manager.
In some instances, the performance reviews will be done by other managers in their division or market with significant input from the CSTL.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 3-4 employees holding the positions of Client Executive and Client Manager.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and mentoring; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Industry Knowledge/Experience/Education:
At least 5 to 10 or more years of industry knowledge is required.
Must be able to demonstrate a track record of leadership and project management skills; strong sense of organization's values and need to be client facing in a high satisfaction environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information and make presentations to large groups is essential.
In addition to the industry experience a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
A P&C license is required; Additional professional designation(s) are preferred.
Travel:
Moderate local/regional and/or overnight travel regularly.
Driving is a requirement; the incumbent must have a clean driving record.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
