Proficiency in reading mechanical and architectural drawings is essential.
Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure project success.
Play a vital role as a boots-on-the-ground presence in a construction trailer, providing support to the project team.
Contribute your knowledge and skills to keep the construction process on track.
Requirements for the Assistant Construction Manager include:

years of experience in multi-family construction projects in urban areas, preferably within Philadelphia.
Willing to consider candidates with 1
years of experience if they hold a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
Ability to read and interpret both mechanical and architectural drawings.
